Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email and an SMS on order confirmation.

  • When your order leaves our facility you will receive a notification with your tracking number. You can track your package by going to our courier partner website.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery, is available across India for an additional fee of INR 50 for order value upto 5000 INR.

If you place but refuse to accept a COD order twice in a row, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services.

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Delivery Timelines

  • All standard orders are dispatched from our facility within 24-72 Hrs.

  • Custom request orders are ready for dispatch post 6-8 days.

  • Post dispatch, transit and delivery time varies depending on your location. Usually prepaid orders take 3-4 days and Cash on Delivery orders take 4-7 days in transit.

  • Please connect with us if you need an urgent delivery. We can make Express Shipping (Next day delivery) available at an additional fee. Subject to availability.

  • Vishal Rajasthan Emporium shall not be responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, state affairs or clearance issues. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Outlier Locations

  • Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. Few pin codes might not have COD service or prepaid delivery possibility.

  • In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find and work out an alternative solution (if possible) to make your products reach you.

 

Packaging

  • All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

  • At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
