Are the colours shown on the website accurate to the garments?
We strive to try and display the colours of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colours of the garment will match the colours viewed on an electronic device (due to difference in screen resolutions). Please note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered / hand dyed items / handwoven fabrics.
Will there be issues like shrinkage and colour bleeding?
We use premium quality fabrics with minimal chances of colour bleeding or shrinkage. Hand processed (block prints, hand dyed, other craft-based techniques) natural fabrics tend to colour bleed for the first few washes. That is the innate fabric characteristic, and it just makes the fabric softer and more comfortable. With time, cottons have a natural tendency to fade.
Item I want is sold out. Can we do something?

Free shipping in India for order value above 500 INR. Cash on delivery service can be availed for 50 INR.

Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes. For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Some countries levy taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees are to be borne by the customer.
How can I make the payment to complete my order?
We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Maestro credit) UPI, Net banking, Wallets (Paytm etc.) through a secure online server.
Cash on delivery (COD) is available in India for select PIN codes.
How do I know my order has been placed?

How do I track my order?
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email.
When will I receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 48 hrs (2 business days). Thereafter, delivery time in India varies between 3-5 days depending on location for delivery.
For international orders, delivery time varies between 4-15 days, depending on the location and opted courier service.
How do I cancel or make modifications in my orders?

If you are not happy with your purchase or there is a size issue or you have received a product with defects, please reach out to us for returning or exchanging your purchase.
Replacement against Return
Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 7 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 2-3 business days. Mail us at mail@janikaa.in or call us at +91 7683074622 with the Order ID and replacement request details.
Once the unused product is received at our end, our quality team will inspect the received product. Once approved, we will dispatch the required size/ replacement product depending upon its availability. This entire process of receiving and shipping out another product takes about 5-7 business days. Post that standard delivery timeline will be applicable.
In case of an error from our end (wrong or defected piece, product lost in transit), we will dispatch the exchanged product as soon as we receive your complaint. Here, the standard delivery timeline of 5-7 business days will be applicable.
